This program features workouts that are meant to be done in the comfort of your own home! Most of these workouts require minimal equipment, usually just a pair of dumbbells, kettlebell and a jump rope. KMF Backyard features the same high-intensity interval training done inside our gym - designed to elevate your fitness, get lean and toned!

cOVID-19 Protocol

Class Rules Regulations

1. Classes are limited to 12 people (subject to change)
2. You will need to reserve your spot on Wodify (up to 24 hours in advance) in addition to signing in to class when you arrive.
3. Members are only allowed 1 class reservation per day. Staying for a subsequent class/open gym is only permitted if the class is not a capacity.
4. If you do not reserve your spot in class and the class is at capacity, you will not be able to join the class. No exceptions

COVID-19 Precautions / Gym-Flow

1. A MASK IS REQUIRED for entry and may only be removed during your workout.
2. A minimum of 6FT SOCIAL DISTANCE must be maintained when inside the gym.
3. Socializing before and after class will need to take place outside of the building.
4. Only active members are allowed in the gym during their workout - Family/friends/Pets may not hangout inside the gym at this time. (including children).
5. Each member will have a designated 8 x 8 workout space.
6. All equipment and weights are disinfected regularly. Common areas and bathrooms are sanitized after every class.
7. All members and staff are encouraged to practice regular use of hand sanitizer and/or washing with soap (for at least 20 seconds). YOU ARE REQUIRED TO SANITIZE YOUR HANDS AS SOON AS YOU ENTER THE GYM.
8. Self-screening for any possible Covid-19 symptoms before arriving to the gym every day is required. All members will be screened at the front desk using a non-contact infrared body thermometer.
